• POC Learning LTD is a registered company in the United Kingdom. All services are owned and operated by POC Learning LTD.

• We provide access to the POC English Academy, which includes online video lessons, courses, AI-powered tools, live online classes, the student community, and other learning resources.
• Live online classes are booked using POC Credits. See sections 4 and 5 for how credits and live classes work.
• Access is available only by purchasing one of our subscription plans. If you do not subscribe, you will not have access.
• Occasionally, we may offer lifetime access under specific conditions (see section 8).

• We currently offer 3-month access (auto-renews every 3 months) and 12-month access (auto-renews every 12 months).
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.
• Each plan includes an allowance of POC Credits, which are used to book live classes. Credits are added to your wallet automatically at no extra cost. See section 4.
• You can cancel or update your payment method at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period and will not be charged again.

Every account includes a POC Wallet, which holds POC Credits. Credits are used to book live classes, and may be used for other features we introduce over time.

• Each subscription plan includes a credit allowance. These credits are added to your wallet automatically. You do not need to buy credits in order to use your plan.
• Booking a live class currently costs 5 credits. We may change the credit cost of a class in future, and will give at least 30 days’ notice before doing so.
• Credits do not expire. Any credits you do not use stay in your wallet.
• An active subscription is required in order to spend credits. If your subscription ends or is cancelled, your credits remain in your wallet but cannot be used until you have an active subscription again.
• You can add credits to your wallet at any time from your dashboard. Current prices are shown there and may change from time to time.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, sold, or gifted.
• Credits are personal to your account. Attempting to transfer, sell, or share credits may result in suspension of your account.

Live classes are online group sessions delivered over Zoom by a POC English teacher. They are available to subscribers with an active plan and sufficient credits in their wallet.

• Each live class has a maximum of 15 students. We cap class sizes to protect the quality of the session and to give every student meaningful speaking time.
• You may hold up to 2 active bookings at any one time. Once a booked class has taken place, you are free to book again.
• Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A class that has reached its limit cannot be joined.
• Cancelling a booking: if you cancel 24 hours or more before the class begins, your credits are returned to your wallet automatically and in full.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class begins, or if you do not attend a class you have booked, your credits are not returned. The place was held for you and cannot be offered to another student at short notice.
• If we cancel a class, for example because of teacher illness or a technical failure, your credits are returned to your wallet in full. We are not liable for any other loss arising from a cancelled class.
• We schedule classes across a range of times and levels, but we do not guarantee that a class will be available at any particular time, on any particular topic, or at any particular level.
• Live classes must not be recorded, streamed, or shared. See section 9.

• Stripe — for payments in GBP (£).
• Razorpay — for payments in INR (₹), available only for customers in India. Our official India partner for INR payments is SymSra Services (symsra.com).
• Pricing may vary between countries (for example, different pricing for India).

• Our platform contains a large amount of copyrighted video and digital content.
• Once a user gains access, digital content cannot be “returned.”
• To protect the value of our courses and prevent misuse, refunds are not possible.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time (see Section 3), but past payments cannot be refunded.
• POC Credits are non-refundable, whether they were included in your plan or purchased separately. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They do not expire, and remain in your wallet for you to use.
• Where a live class is cancelled by us, or where you cancel a booking 24 hours or more in advance, credits are returned to your wallet. This is a return of credits, not a cash refund.

• From time to time, we may offer lifetime access to our academy.
• Lifetime access includes all video lessons and self-study materials.
• It does not include live lessons or access to the student community.
• AI-powered tools will be available but may be subject to limits, as we bear ongoing API costs.
• Lifetime Access does not include a POC Credit allowance, and live classes are not available on Lifetime Access plans.
• Lifetime means for the lifetime of the platform and service operated by POC Learning LTD.

• Your account is personal. You must not share, resell, or transfer access to others.
• All content (videos, materials, AI outputs, and tools) is copyrighted and belongs to POC Learning LTD.
• You may not copy, distribute, record, or use our content for any commercial purpose without permission.

We provide tools, lessons, and materials to help you learn English. However, your progress depends on your own effort and practice. We do not guarantee specific results, exam scores, or outcomes.

• Our platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, AI services, or internet connectivity).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, POC Learning LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated.
• Where we make a change that materially affects what you receive under an active subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
• We may change the structure, format, size, schedule, and credit cost of live classes, and the features available on the platform, in order to maintain or improve the quality of the service.
• Transition to the POC Credit system (14 August 2026): on this date, booking for live classes moved to the POC Credit system described in section 4. Class sizes were reduced from a maximum of 30 students to a maximum of 15, and the number of scheduled classes was increased. All subscribers with an active plan on that date received a credit allocation to their wallet at no charge, calculated pro-rata against the remaining days of their subscription term.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
